Delta Air Lines and Endeavor Air have announced a significant expansion of the Delta Propel Pilot Career Pathway, opening eligibility to students enrolled in all AABI‑accredited, four‑year Flight Education programs across the United States.

This development marks a major milestone in strengthening the nation’s professional pilot pipeline and reflects the industry’s continued confidence in the quality and rigor of AABI‑accredited aviation programs. By broadening access to the Propel pathway, Delta Air Lines and Endeavor Air are creating new opportunities for aspiring pilots to pursue a defined, high quality career trajectory with two respected industry leaders.
